Satheesh Karat a Bachelor of Science graduate is the co-founder and Managing Director of AJA EQS Certification (M) Sdn Bhd, leveraging his expertise in the areas of leadership, management, planning, finance, teambuilding, conflict resolutions, advocacy and trainings.
He has a strong quality management systems and finance background achieved while working with the International Natural Rubber Organization for 15 years. This organization was formed under the auspices of United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and consists of 30 member governments.
A primary driving force behind start up and growth of AJA EQS Certification (M) Sdn Bhd he has audited and trained many organizations from various industries in various standards to date. A IRCA Registered ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor and EARA Approved 14001 Lead Auditor his vision is to promote and cultivate a workforce in the government and private sector to work in a strong management system environment.

Jacqueline Francis a Business Administration graduate is the co-founder and CEO of AJA EQS Certification Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Armed with 18 years of experience in ISO Trainings and Certifications; she is the most prominent female in this business in Malaysia and Asia.
A master coach in Management Systems and is recognized by her peers for her personal commitment to help people create success with quality. Acknowledged by thousands of clients for the substance, insight and applicable value her programs provide, she is one of the most successful and motivational speakers to hit the lecture platform.
Jacqueline has also trained many organizations to achieve and maintain ISO Standards in Malaysia and overseas. One of her major achievement was assisting the first International Airport to achieve certification of Green Globe 21 (an environmental standard for travel and tourism). She has coordinated and audited over 4,500 companies in various standards worldwide to date.
Jacqueline has also been featured in the “Women in Power” Business Directory 2005/2006 by the Ministry of Entrepreneur & Co-Operative Development and in the local and international media for her strength in quality and business.
